The equipment is an automatic supply unit of a distribution system for clean chemicals, especially for the semiconductor industry. The structure of the distribution cabinet makes is possible to connect two high-capacity storage tanks of chemicals from both lateral sides, the capacity of each of the storage tanks can be up to one thousand litres. As the storage tanks are located under the overlap of the cabinet, the space above the storage tanks is roofed and so it can be ventilated through an air exhaust connected to the equipment. As an option, barrels of 200 litres can also be connected and an auxiliary base grate with a collecting tub will be used in such a case.
