The equipment is a single-purpose robotized workstation which is used for automatic preparation of the material for the follow-up workstation in the manufacture of medical consumable goods. The material is represented by spring wires which are placed by the operator in larger numbers in the input station. Than, wires are mechanically separated so that one piece is always ready to be taken by the robot. The separated wire is subsequently gripped by the robot and carried into the bed in the elevator. The elevator transports the wire to the output station, which ensures handover of the wire into the follow-up equipment.
