Methanol washing machine II. Fully automatized machine for mass soaking electronic components in methanol and subsequent drying. Input and output positions are equipped with powered conveyors. Soaking proceeds in five consecutive methanol bathes. Sixth bath is draining bath with methanol vapour exhausting. Disposition of cascade baths interconnection is protected as an utility patent. Handling of processing baskets (total weight 800 kg) between bathes provides manipulator. Total length of fully stainless steel line is 12.8 meters. The control system of the line is connected to the supervisory production control system. The machine has Ex certificate for use in potentially explosive atmosphere.
