Fully automatized machine for painting of strip by special paint with precise dimensions and precise thickness to small components made of 1mm wire. The machine does loading of components to carousel, painting of strip in two steps, baking of paint in six small furnaces. The final verification of paint position by four cameras. The machine is producing 1 piece per second.
